591 Main Street Policies

PARKING:

591 Main Street does not offer parking and we do not recommend you bring a car to Park City. The city offers a complimentary shuttle service that operates throughout the valley on a regular schedule and 591 Main Street is just a block away from the main transit center! CHECK IN and OUT TIME:

Check-in time is from 4pm to 6pm. Check-out time is 11am. Arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a later check-in or check-out time.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:

Standard Reservations: A deposit equal to one (1) night of your stay is required to guarantee the reservation. The balance and security deposit (see below) are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations or changes made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit all monies paid for the reservation. Cancellations made at 31 days or more in advance of arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit.

Sundance & Holiday Reservations: A deposit equal to two (2) nights of your stay is required to guarantee the reservation. The balance and security deposit (see below) are due in full 60 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations or changes made less than 60 days prior to arrival date will forfeit all monies paid for the reservation. Cancellations made at 61 days or more in advance of arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit.

Security Deposit: Along with the payment for the balance of your charges, an additional $150 will be charged as a security deposit. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent. The deposit is fully refundable within seven (7) days of your departure, provided the following provisions are met:

a. All keys are left either on the kitchen table or with the Dancing Hands Gallery.
b. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
c. No pet has been allowed in the apartment.
d. No one has smoked in the apartment.
e. All debris, rubbish and discards have been appropriately handled.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.

PAYMENTS:

We use PayPal (www.PayPal.com) to process reservation deposits and charges by credit card. PayPal does not require you to have an account to make a payment through their website and provides the best security for your private information. Payments made by personal check for final balance must be received at least 21 days in advance of the cutoff date to ensure funds are available.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS:

At a minimum, 591 Main Street has a 3-night minimum stay requirement; however, this may be greater during Holidays and Special Events. Exceptions may be made during the off season. Please ask for details.

HOUSEKEEPING:

Daily housekeeping is not included and is only available during your stay for a fee and when arranged for in advance. Please ask for details when booking your reservation.

SMOKING:

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside 591 Main Street. Your security deposit will be forfeited if you smoke in your apartment or in an area that allows the smoke to enter the apartment.

PETS:

Sorry, no pets.

SKI & BAGGAGE STORAGE:

You are welcome to bring your ski equipment back to your room. We do not have space available to provide storage of your ski equipment or baggage either before or after your stay.

RATES:

Rates are based on the occupancy you quote when reserving the room. We reserve the right to charge an additional $25 per person, per night for additional guests. All rates are subject to room and sales tax.

GROUP RESERVATIONS & EXTENDED STAYS:

Policies for group reservations (2 or more rooms) or for extended stays may be different. Please call for details.
